Binance looking to set up HQ in Ireland

As recently reported in Reuters, it’s looking like Ireland is part of Binance’s expansion plans. As one of the world’s largest crypto exchanges by volume, their planned entry is a big boost for the local crypto scene. Aside a range of smaller crypto and blockchain companies, there has been a steady increase in the country of blockchain firms setting up here.

These include ethereum developer Consensys, a team working in Facebook’s offices on their upcoming cryptocurrency, as well as other major cryptocurrency exchanges including Coinbase, Crypto.com and Kraken.

There will likely be a number of job postings as they get set up on Linkedin jobs, where there currently are over 60 jobs available at the established crypto exchanges across a range of positions.
